Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:
- Crashed, written off, stolen or sold the vehicle 
- Change of mind 
- Ordered the incorrect item 
If you have ordered the wrong item (i.e you order a series 1-3 Nissan Patrol Snorkel, but need a series 4-8) please contact our office within 7 business days and we can change this for you. However, if we do not have a substitute item, please refer to our terms above. 

If a refund or return is granted (special circumstances ONLY) we have a 35% cancellation fee to cover lost stock, administration staff, packaging, restocking and other relevant costs. Postage will not be refunded if the item has been sent. Payment processed fees will also be excluded and are additional to the 35% fee.

Your purchase includes complimentary insurance to the value of $1,000. Please inspect your order immediately (within 24 hours) of receiving it. If there is damage or missing items please provide photos to us at admin@kingfabkustoms.com. 
We will lodge the insurance claim and begin re-making the damaged item. A successful insurance claim must be processed prior to postage. We do not provide a cash reimbursement for successful insurance claims.
